Digger, I got my quiver mount from Dan not long ago, i cant wait to breakit in on my bear hunt. So far i like the idea of mounting, proof will be in how well it hunts!!!!!!

Leo , you can use a scope with this setup, it doesnt interfear with the scope. The best part, you can sling the bow over your shoulder without getting a back full of arrows.

Got my Varizone on the bow and cant see anything but the target. The mount bolts to the F/O mountand I have a level on the other side so you'll need a scope Leo.

I love my bracket as well, and can't wait to try in the field this season. Allready a few hunting buddies of mine have asked where to get it, and when the rest that have excal's see it they will want it as well!!!!

Digger,

Do you know how tall the Dan Miller mount is

I have a Bushnell Trophy Red Dot sight on my Exocet. Our laws currently do not allow sights that magnify.
The distance from the rail to the top of the objective lens on the bushnell is 2 1/2". I am afraid that if Dan's mount is not high enough I may be looking at my arrows rather than the target.

Your red dot would have to sit an 1" higher than thr Excal. scope to be a hinderance. If your not sure I'm sure Dan could tell you exactly what if any thing will not fit,but I think if it sits on regular mounts & rings it will work.

Dan said I should be ok. He said I might see a little of the quiver but not enough to hinder me from making a good shot. The Red Dot by Bushnell uses standard weaver type rings that are approx. 1 5/8" tall from the very bottom of the ring to the top of the upper half of the ring.
