That is odd but I've been doing this a long time and sometimes weird stuff just happens. The majority of our limb tip issues have been with our lower draw weight Matrix models, the 330 and 355. Our only deduction is these models do not have the anti dry-fire and through testing we found most limb failures occurred from dry fires or the arrow not fully seated. The numbers are still very low though so its no where near an epidemic.

I'm not saying you dry fired your crossbow but the percentage of tip failures like yours is way below .5% of all failures.

Ok, so what's the waiting period for a set of limbs? Had planned on attending a 3d shoot this weekend.

give them a call (800) 463-1817. Or try out the new Customer Service system im sure they would help you out.
