This is really killing me. Please keep us updated as to what the outcome is. I hope that shop owner has a conscience and does the right thing. Good luck. Those fmj's are not cheap.

Well i had 2 set of Arrows to cut that day. The CX Maxima Hunters and The CX Blue Streak. To be fair, the guy did said we don't cut Crossbow Arrows and 20" is what my Matrix shoots...i did give him the green light. But on one of the shaft, i taped where i wanted ALL (the other 3) cut to length.

As I get 90% of my Archery stuff there, including a Brand Sparkling New Bow this year. It sucks to know he won't take the time to listen to my needs. I was the only customer there and an hour before closing time. Not only did the Bolts came out bad, just found out the Arrows are 1/2 inch short of my request! :x Measuring it after i found my bolts were ruin.

If a customer have more then One Special Request, PLEASE take the time to take note. Guess this wasn't the case.

Well on the bright side, i won't be dealing with him anymore. And the CX Hunter did came out squared and even.

As of now, a Fellow Fourm Member is willing to help with my Bolts.

Wow, that is pitiful! You should be able to give a length you want and have them cut to that length. Period. With a proper arrow saw you can cut arrows to any length so for him to say they don't cut crossbow arrows is nonsense. I'd question how he cuts arrows....or sets up bows. Sorry you went through that but I'm sure he won't be getting any more of your $$$.

When i was snooping around looking at xbows, a local dealer talked me away from excalibur and to the brand he was selling, the forum here corrupted me and i wanted some customs to go w/ a 355. Acted as if he couldn't do it and would be way too expensive. (although i was staring at all his equipment, he had it) He catered to the vertical guys. His set up on his one 355 was horrible and i knew if i bought one from him i'd have to tear down and do it again.

W/ help from persons on the forum and lotz of "PM's" i think i got a pretty sweet rig.

If you give him your crossbow maybe he'll shorten the rail for free so arrows will work! I'd drive 50 mile out of my way next time or even better order them cut to your size from one of good guys on here.

Joe, my pleasure man. You got duped pretty bad by the archery shop, so it was just trying to help you out. I hope they fly good at the weight I measured, remember, no less than 125 grains! 150 would be better.
Good luck bud!
