....Congrats on the hard work you put in from beginning to end....and to think all the anti's just think we go out and shoot up the woods and don't care about anything...just not true!

You proved to be a true sportsman....I know those muscles will ache tomorrow...oh but what a sweet ache! I am sure that that doe will be the most tasty "tick toter " you have ever eaten!

Well done Riflemanz!

You might be beat but you made it! Congratulations on a clean kill! A recount of the hunt would be nice!

I hunted the east woods for two hours before heading out to the west woods to look for my lost quiver.I hunt on about 200 acres.I was walking very slowly in the woods looking for my quiver which I didn't find, but because I was walking slowly I spotted a beded doe and ended up killing her as she beded, I guess I don't find that very sporting, the arrow only took out one lung and the end was too long for me which I won't get graphic, but I did my best to dispatch her as quickly as possible. So I ended up with a nice doe all because I lost my quiver! I guess things happen for a reason!
Tomorrow I will head back out looking for it. The WIS DNR gave me another buck tag and doe tag today for $12!, so I'm back in business! The rocket hammerheads are my go to BH! The weather is starting to get warm again which I don't like.
