Thanks for posting the pics. One day I'll figure that out.
The funny thing about this (or not) is I had just bought new trigger tech triggers for both my crossbows and still have new arrows on order and they may be relegated to the back of the closet now. A new Excal wasn't even in my thoughts.

The Ibex/Exomax are more weight forward. What I mean is if you hold the bow in one hand by the bottom grip, it wants to fall forward. The Micro is shorter on the front end so when you hold the bottom grip in one hand it wants to fall back (if you know what I mean). So when you hold the Micro up it wants to fall against your shoulder and is a pleasure to hold.

It does handle great Keg. I couldn't believe how well it felt to hold when I first picked it up. Couldn't put it down. Well you know that by now. Need to shoot some distances to see how it handles.

The trigger on the one I shot at the Bow Shop was very nice. I would say it was even surprisingly nice. Crisp, precise, not too heavy.

Cocking effort would be somewhere between Paul Bunyan and Hercules. String angle would be so acute that you'd have serving separation issues. You'd also need to D&T or possibly cut your rail to fit that new micro riser...it's different.

I'm betting that 350-360 is the max you'll achieve with those Micro limbs.

Well, I took my Micro 335 out tonight and sighted in the scope the best I could. I have to use the county forest to practice as I live in town so I used my Cabelas bi-pod. I was shooting within 2" of center out to forty yards. With a good steady rest I am sure it would be more accurate. The trigger is fantastic. No play in the trigger at all. As soon as you put your finger on the trigger your at the wall. It is a little heavier than my TT but with no play in it that is probably a good thing. After sighting in the scope my speed ring is set at 325 so I am very pleased.

Thanks for the report. I see one in my future someday... :)

looking at that side by side picture of the size differance I am supprised they are getting that kind of preformance from it !
The matrix bows had me thinking yea they would be nice but not worth the cash out of pocket to replace a Equinox that preforms beautifully but now I am getting intrested that is got to be a sweet handling bow I would give up some power but I am thinking it may be wort it.
