The limbs look like the limbs on a static tip vertical recurve .Pictures look good.

From the pictures it looks like the limbs are the same as the static tips on a vertical
recurve and will probably react the same way.
Has anybody done a comparison---Performance wise between this new bow and
the older vixens ???

When its cocked with a arrow on the rail , where does the tip end up at ? Does it extend over the end of the stirrup ?

It doesn't extend over the end of the stirup but close to the end. You cannot put your foot in the stirup when cocked without touching the arrow.
