The Omega Buck

Post by Carnivorous »

Just got home from our annual Black-Powder hunt in Ontario WMU 92B. What a great week to hunt. Loads of snow bitter cold temps tested us to our Limits. We don't remember it ever being this cold for our Mid November hunt. We filled all 5 availbale tags with many deer & coyotes seen through the week.

I got this nice 11 point Buck on Monday Nov 17th with trusty T/C Omega. 50 yard shot on my evening hunt did the job on this my largest Buck to date.

I also got a nice doe on Wednesday 12 yards from the tree stand.

A few snowy pics.

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
