slack trigger

Post by canoe13 »

Where I hunt it is very hilly and slippery with oak leaves and now snow. So the other day I slipped and fell hard to the ground with the bow in my hands. Wasn't hurt at all but the trigger on my Matrix 310 seems slack now. It sits further back in the trigger guard so draws shorter and does not always want to release the string. and it won't spring forward upon release after a shot. I can push it forward though. So is it broken or just out of adjustment ? Can I fix it or should I contact CS about the problem?

Sounds like your trigger is bent back. Speak to Danny Miller. If you're up to it, you can either replace the Trigger or simply bend it back.
