Smitty,

It's a winning situation. Either one would be good. I shoot an Exomag and it's more bow than I really need. When I got mine, I thought, what the heck, go for the biggest. Well, ya can't cock it by hand unless you have really strong fingers and back, and it shoots fast enough to knock your socks off. Perhaps the Exocet would be a little kinder to the body. I don't know 'cause I don't have one. An Exocet that is. Why, people here even like the Vixen.

Where's Victoria Harbour anyhow? British Columbia or Prince Edward Island?

I think the best all around bow Excalibur makes is the Exocet. It's way more then you need on deer and it will do the trick on game larger then deer. The only bow I wouldn't buy is the Exomag. I mean whatever the Exomag can do the Exomax can do better.

Welcome Smitty....Take a look through the past threads as most topics have been discussed in one shape or form!

The knowledge base on the forum is amazing.

What are you looking to do with your crossbow and/or what game animals are you thinking about going after?

Welcome Smitty

I can only comment on the exocet, as thats the bow I own.. Great shooting Bow, quick, accurate & easy to cock and uncock by hand if need be..

Good luck with whatever bow you choose
