OT- You Canadians need to slow down and chill out

Post by PRB »

I drive a commercial vehicle and started a new delivery and pickup run that started 2 weeks ago. Just this past Wed. and today I picked up a load at Jack Daniels Distillery in Lynchburg, TN. Total for both loads was 2565 packages(box-cases, barrels, ect...), and the total weight was 80,289 lbs. They were both loaded, sealed, complete with shipping border customs papers, going to St. Albert Canada. Now I know we all have bad days with our crossbows, but you dont have to drink that much. Are you guys having a party, and didnt invite the rest of us ? Oh well its keeping me busy. It dont look like deer hunting could be very good this year because there has been several different people back close to my food plot, and a few trees cut down for site prep. for our future house. Who knows, I might get lucky anyway. Please dont drink all the Jack Daniels. I might need some by the time we're done with this project. Talk to ya soon, Randy

Huh!! Huh!! If you think Canadians or Americans drink lots, you ain't been to Australia. I lived there for 7 months, travelling all around and down the center of Australia, dem Aussies can out drink any of us. If Wombat is reading this, he'll back me, right mate??

By the way I love Australia, had a time of my life, will definetely return, hopefully soon with my wife.

For all you Aussies, GOOD ON YA MATE!!!!

What else can you do after you shovel snow seven times a day, stack 33 cords of fire wood a month, hunt and gather for survival, and spend 6 hours on the crossbow forum a day? You sit down and drink two bottles of Jack to make it all seem worth it!
Enjoy the Harvest!

G'day mate! 'ow ya goin'?

Hate to dissapoint you GREY OWL but I don't drink. My parents had a museum when I was a kid. One of the items was a Darwin stubbie (beer bottle). I used to joke that it that was a stubbie what size was the normal size bottle in Darwin. At a rough guess, I would say the Darwin stubbie held about 2 litres.

Here in Horsham we have 7 pubs.

Cheers,
Wombat.

Hey Mighty Mooser, you listed crossbows and beer but you forgot our hockey :D

My brother just came back from Ireland and he says they have us all beat when it comes to drinking. They start when they get up in the morning and half the businesses in every town are pubs.

I wonder if they allow hunting there

When I first came to Canada and became a police officer part of my training was to do a muti-cuturism course. I passed with flying colours.

Now I can drink any country's booze. Keep the Jack coming.
