I think I`ll try to hunt more for deer and less for a replacement vehicle .
I found this year was a little light on deer sightings . Found last spring 5 fawns dead from starvation . They had not even been touched by coyotes .

Even though I managed to kill the second largest buck of my life, I could have killed him weeks earlier if I had used a "scope" and not a red dot.

I also had some issues with scent control. I never got busted by a buck, but the does seemed to smell me every time.

I hunted ALOT this year, and I had more trouble falling asleep in the stand the ever before.

Always give a deer a min 30 min before tracking no matter how confident you are with your shot.

Always re-load your Muzzle loader before tracking your deer.
It's tough to finish a deer off if your gun is not loaded!!

Follow your instincts. We all have them & don't second guess them becuase you will regret it!! :)
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
