Whe I view it, it takes the whole page and you have to scroll sideways and down to see it all. I'm using photbucket but I don't see anywhere on how to resize a picture.

Under normal conditions, one must us a photo program to down/up size their pictures, before uploading. Some cams also have a setting for picture size.
