I normally don't get involved in these discussions, but I feel like I have to say something this time!
Everyone has missed the obvious typo in the title - "plese".
That has to be the key to solving this! One letter omitted must be the code!

I bet if we check all his other posts and look for words that are missing a letter, and then put all those missing letters together it spells something extremely important, why else would he put it in code.

The three dots represents the bolts that secure one limb on an excalibur crossbow . I believe he is saying he has a few loose screws
