Going with the Micro

Post by kysdad »

Well after handling the Micro today, I have decided that this is the bow for me. Now to sell off either the Axiom or the Titan Extreme. It's probably going to be the TP because of the scary thought of not having an Excalibur as a backup. What kind of arrow setup is everyone shooting through their Micro?

I've found the Quills with a 125 gr broadhead to be more than acceptable accuracy. The only thing I might do is refletch with Blazers.

When it warm up here & is not -20 outside I will test them out.

This arrow making is fun stuff & I hope they fly as good as they look... LOL

The only other bow I would want is the Micro Camo one just for fun....

Thanks, I'll definitely try the Quills and I happen to have some Blazers on hand. I also want to try Zombies or Executioners as well. How far does the 16.5 put you past the stirrup?

1 5/8" to the outside of the stirrup, measured from the tip of the Quill.

Very good way to prevent decocking the bow with the arrow still in it!

The Quills give you 1 5/8" for a broadhead without sticking past the stirrup.

Ditto. For me it I was between the Mega or the Micro. The Micro is one sweet little bow.
