Got my ADF

Got my ADF Saturday and installed it.
Now I can comfortably use the flemish strings I have

No, I got the ADF = Anti dri-fire which keeps you from dri firing your crossbow and damaging the limbs.
The TT is only a higher quality trigger and does not prevent a dri-fire.
If you want to prevent a dri fire, then you need to purchase an ADF.
And if you decide to use the flemish strings for better performance, then I would highly recommend an Anti Dri-Fire to prevent damage to your crossbow and/or yourself.

With all the rave about the TT triggers I may try one some day, but for now my stock trigger works just fine. .

Around 3 years ago when I bought my first aftermarket ADF (Excal did not have one at that time) everyone on this site laughed at the ones of us that were using an ADF on an Excalibur. Totally worthless was the general consensus. Now it seems that it is a must have even for the guys that said they would never ever put one on their bows.

I have never had a dryfire either.

We have an ADF on all models other than Excalibur. Because Excal sells an ADF with most of their new products and aftermarket, we decided not to integrate our ADF designs into the Excal units.
