Buddy, I've got just the thing for making your back much better. It involves a trip out west and sitting in a blind in -30 waiting to skewer a monster Russian Boar! You'll be on an uncomfortable stool, sitting for hours feeling like a popsicle but I guarantee you're back won't bother you at all. ....glad you're feeling better.
