The Nightmare continues..

Post by GrassyKnoll »

I've been a little preoccupied recently but finally was able to do a little shooting today with my sweet little Micro.

RamCats will be my broad head for the upcoming season. My Slick Tricks seem to just hang right about 1/2" to 3/4" right at 50 yards but the RamCats are dead center with my field points at the same 50.

I added a Voodoo Tactical Adjustable Cheek Rest to the bow for a more consistent and comfortable cheek weld and also added an Ultimate Arms Gear Tactical Stealth Black Slip On Rubber Recoil Reducing Combat Buttpad Butt Pad, because I did not like the stock stock slipping on my shoulder . Both of these little add-ons have made the bow a perfect combo for me. I did have to adjust the thickness in the Voodoo pad by removing a bit of the rolled foam inside of it to get my head height right though. A simple snip of the scissors and done.

Arrows are finalized to. The BEE's cut to 16" with 110 grain brass and a 100 grain RC, Blazers and a Lumenok complete the arrow for a total weight of 405 grains completed and traveling at 317 fps. and 90.3 ft. lbs. of KE

and finally a little Micro spam...... :D
