The Micros I have shot are dead on at 40 yds. and better! The one I'm shooting now (Mine) is a Tack Driver! I can free hand 3"in. groups at 40 yds. Something is up on your end. Trigger screws, scope screws, scope mount screws, Rings, or your scope is pooched!
The Micro is A Tack driver!
Go over everything again, and then, maybe swap out scopes if possible. But also may require you to take rail off stock and tighten trigger screws.

40 yards off sticks I pulled the one to the right sighting in my scope at 40. I was aiming at the dot on the piece of wood.
I am shooting the discontinued Spynal Tapps that are built off BEA Executioners. 377 grains total.
I had the same results with 382 grain Zombies last fall but bought a boat load of Tapps when South Shore had his blowout.
As others have said you should be getting same hole at 20 even with the Quills. Go over that bows fasteners then look at the scope something isn't right.

I believe that your 40 yard groups would equal my 10, I'll get to the bottom of this somehow. I can say this is extremely frustrating.

Slow down, breathe, and take one thing at a time. Make sure the bow is all snugged up, shoot only one arrow indexed the same every shot, then if perfect, introduce one more arrow, etc. Find the variable! Maybe the scope is BUNK. You will find that out quickly if you shoot only one arrow, etc. Make it fun, and it will be! 8)

Thanks for your input, I'm leaning toward a DUFF scope.

Problem Solved!! I mounted another scope on it and the groups tightened up, I even put a few bolts into the same hole. I'm sure Excalibur will come good on the scope.

You can count on that, they are the Customer Service all others are measured by!! Like others said though, now that you see how sweet these little Jewels shoot, take it one step further and get some good Spynal Taps or Zombie Slayers, and you will be in awww,,,,, enjoy your new bow!!!

Head over to Boo Fest. You can meet John in person, and get lessons on building your own. I would bet you'd make a few new friends as well. Glad you got it fixed!
