I'm sick of mowing. Not only do I have to mow the grass at my house here in town every 5-6 days, I need to mow at the farm (85 miles away) every week to 10 days. I don't want the place to look like its abandoned so I keep it mowed. The constant very heavy rain has severely damaged our corn crop and the guy who does the actual farming for me (I pay half of the expenses and reap half of the profits, he does all of the work) has applied for an insurance claim. There won't be much of a crop but there will be more than enough to attract wildlife. I have seen deer nearly every time I have gone up there including bucks in velvet and fawns with spots. Life is just fine, really.
