Carbon Fiber 380?

Ordered a 380 Black Out last week and was a little bummed when I got it and its was not Carbon Fiber just flat black. Made a bad assumption that they were all Carbon Fiber. Only the cheek piece had the fiber look. No big deal just wondering if the carbon fiber models were a limited series or what the deal is on them?
