When I got my matrix 405 the diablo's shot fine but when I started to shoot zombie slayers boy did my 405 shoot and shoot well.

It's a custom thing. But you will see better accuracy with the higher end arrows. But for just hunting at shorter ranges up 40 or 50 yards the diablo would be fine.

We like to tinker and get the best out of our equipment so we play to get the best performance we can.

I want the most speed possible without sacrificing accuracy thats why i was going to stick with the firebolts and 100 grain slick tricks with the flemish string i just dont like buying a bunch of different arrows to see whichones work best any thoughys im shooting an equinox

Go with 400 grains, and forget the chronograph readings. Nobody has ever killed a deer with a chronograph! :wink:

Nothing wrong with Firebolts and Boltcutters. Seem to work just fine with my Phoenix.
