Whether he was conjuring up some delicious Sicialian salad with tomatoes, onions, jalepanoes and a secretly guarded marinade recipe...or Italian sausage, salad and fresh Italian bread... Or his special grilled steaks... This is a true Chef in every word... He wouldn't even let me go to the store with him or pay for some of the food out of fear that I would find out his secrets
...so if Chef Paulo recommends something related to food you know it passed the ultimate test of Boofest's own Signature Chef..
