>CrazyAce, good info there, I was wondering how the M405 handles heavier arrow. That's 151ft-lbs!!! That's awesome power!

those are 20" bolts at 40 yards... and why I had to upgrade my target bag... (wife's mission bolts are the orange/black)

Needless to say, that's why I learned to fletch..

I am shooting 18 inch Easton FMJ bolts with a 40 grain aluminum insert, standard nock, 2 inch blazer vanes and an 85 grain Brodhead. Total weight is 408 grains. Just picked up my chronograph last weekend so I don’t know what speeds I am getting yet out of my 355 and Exocet

I think I've nailed down two different arrow setups I will be hunting with this year. Hopefully I will get two deer and have a good comparison between the two. Out of my M355 I should be somewhere between 312-325fps with these.

18" ZS
30gr insert
185gr Simmons Tiger Shark
2" white/black zebra Blazers
3.5" of white wrap
Lumenok
432gr, 19% FOC

18" ZS
30gr insert
220gr Centaur Big Game
2" white/black zebra Blazers
3.5" of white wrap
Lumenok
467gr, 21% FOC

From my Micro

16" ZSs = 145.6gr
110gr insert
Trueflight 2" feathers = 4.2gr
NuFletch Ignitor = 38gr
125gr Ramcat

Total = 422.8gr

The first one went through the deer and into the lake 40 yds beyond. Happy and sad all at the same time.
