Go to an archery shop and check them out and they probably will tell you doesn't really matter, personal preference for the person. Make sure it is for broadheads and not just field points, big difference in density.
I have a McKenzie Shot Blocker and liked it...at first. It is the same as the Yellow Jacket or Morrell (I'd probably go with this next time) I believe as most guys will just shoot the middle of the block and after several shots (couple dozen?) of hitting same area the bolt will bury or blow through. Mine has 5 dots around the face so could (notice the word could? ) shoot multiple areas but did not so ran into this problem though can also shoot from the side so helps a bit. Now I have a 2" piece of dense ethafoam behind it to stop them but sometimes even that doesn't work.
Again make sure it says for broadheads and is a higher density.

Rhinehart, great for broadheads, crossbow 2go, or if you want a little bigger target Crossbow Brute, they are the best I have found. This stops my 542 grain VPA COC arrows out of the 380 with no problem. With six sides to shoot,,, your good for a long time with the Micro!

I mainly use bag targets for field points
I go to Wally World and buy a lower priced block target that will accept BH
I will only use it for tuning and put it back up
May my aim be true and my arrow fly straight

I've got a couple Rhineharts, and they work great for field points and broadheads. Obviously, broadheads are hard on the targets, but I've had mine for several years and am still using them.

Rinehart 18-1 for broadheads and I use the Morrell 400 fps for field points both work great with my 405. Too hard to get field points out of the 18-1.
Good luck

I have a Block Vault I bought a few years back for my vertical bow and if I remember, I was burying bolts 8 inches out the back with my 380.

Looked around and found a local guy selling Blob targets. 20"x20"x8" and around 65lbs. of urethane.

So far it has been great. Stops anything I have thrown at it to this point. Think I may grab another one soon.
