I've whacked a little finger, but nothing like that thumb looks. As far as I'm concerned you win the prize for the most damage from a string.

Hope you heal quickly with no permanent damage done.

Feel your pain. Took a quarter inch off my thumb with my new Micro in January. Heal quickly!!

Wow!! I've "stung" my thumb once on my old ten point, as did my daughter, seeing your injury I sure am glad we both walked away with nothing more than a valuable lesson learned.

Thanks for sharing, sometimes it takes a "visual aid" for it to sink in, I bet anyone who reads your post double and tripple checks their thumb placement for many shots to come. I hope you get healed up quick.
