However it does not seem normal that the new crossbow have this problem and its solution does not present Excalibur. From what I understand this forum is a problem quite prevalent in arbaletav matrix. It could however by a short video to explain its resolution. I'm really disappointed by this especially as we made huge efforts to purchase this crossbow in Romania (Europe) now to see that the new damage is almost ie can not use because brace height incorrect.

The string on your M380 will stretch some when you first get your CB. One of the advantages of an Excalibur is that you can make this adjustment yourself and not have to take the CB to a bow shop and pay them to do it. Use a stringing aid and put CCW twists into either end of your string to shorten it some. Keep it about 1/8" off the rubbers.

If you don't have a cocking aid there's a video on YouTube on how to make one from a piece of rope .
