The exocet 200 had a machined riser . Yours is cast .
The camo was the Excalibur variety . The date would be 1999-2002 approximately. It is preferable to use flat nocks so you are not restricted to only one way to put your vanes on the mainframe .

Don't be tempted to use cheap arrows. Good quality arrows pay for themselves and are safer to use in my opinion.

Yup, we've established it's a 175. The previous owner listed it for sale as a 200 which is actually what I wanted and I thought I was buying. Wish I knew then what I know nowDoe Master wrote:The exocet 200 had a machined riser . Yours is cast .

Regarding nocks, is that the only benefit of the flat?

Well I had a few bucks sitting in my paypal, so I ended up ordering 6 aluminum bolts. I will post an update when they arrive and see how they compare to the name brand carbon ones I have.ko4nrbs wrote:Don't be tempted to use cheap arrows. With the string down on the deck you are not pushing dead center of the arrow . So the half moons can give some messed up flights .

If you ever want to sell that Exocet, let me know. I had one once before that I had to sell when I lost my job. Always liked that bow and have been looking for another.
