I DONT THINK THIS FORUM IS POWERED BY "VBULLETIN " BUT IF IT WAS THEN THAT WOULD BE POSSIBLE IN YOUR SETTINGS.

ACTUALLY I JUST FOUND IT UNDER "USER CONTROL PANEL" IN UPPER LEFT NEXT TO NEW MESSAGES. UNDER "BOARD PREFERENCES" Notify me on new private messages: TURN ON/OFF

User Control Panel:

Board Preferences:

Notify me on new private messages: Yes ( ) No ( * )

Other than that. You could set up a G mail account for the Excalibur Board that the PM Email Notices can to be sent to instead.
