The only thing I did was reinstall the trigger. I have not installed neither the scope mount nor the arrow retainer yet. As I said before, it is like the rail suddenly has grown a couple of inches long.

In the past I have cocked this Exomax more than a hundred times without any problem. Now I can´t reach the trigger by two inches more or less, no matter how hard I pull.

Have you or your arms shrunk since the last time you successfully cocked your bow?

The cocking rope is not the problem. I don´t know what could be.

Was the string removed from the bow while you had the trigger repaired? Did you install the same string that you had removed (assuming you removed it) ? Has there been any change in the brace height if you reinstalled the string?

Maybe you put in many more twists in the string than there were when you removed the string?

That would shorten the string and that would make the bow harder to cock.

I'm.putting this story with the grim reaper story of not one broadbead opening but all 3 not opening. Its simple you disassembled to remove trigger u assembled it back together minus scope rail an arrow retainer an that's all you done an now your not able to cock your bow. Ok now everyone keep in mind these bows are known for the user friendly features. An the bow can only be reassembled the way it was disassembled.. Also it can only be reassembled one was as well simple 2 screws
