Now that I have hunted with my Exomax several times it doesn't seem as big and unwieldy as it was in the beginning. Even in my Climbing Tree Stand and Ground Blind it is fairly easy to manage. I haven't harvested a deer with it yet but I am ready.
Maybe I don't need a Micro??

Re: My Big Exomax
Good to hear you are happy with your E-max. I still shoot and hunt with a Vortex and I'm very happy with it. I can see myself picking up a 405 some day but I'm not in any hurry. When I do I will hang on to my Vortex. We've grown close over the years and shared many good hunts together.

Re: My Big Exomax
I love my M380 and Micro, BUT I had absolutely no "need" to retire my Exomax. I've killed at least 30 deer with it, and it shoots great and is plenty good for the hunting I do.
HOWEVER, now that I've hunted with my Micro and killed a few deer with it, I can't see myself going back to a "big" crossbow again.
