Had some company hunting today with me and Dad . Met this eager gentleman at the local coffee shop at about 5:00 in the morning .
After a short walk we got into our places .
I had some ground buzzards get my heart going as well as the worlds biggest squirrels breaking branches .
I went for a small walk to see if I could maybe move something . I had two deer give me natures version of the middle finger going away .
It was a good day for a walk .
That is why it is called hunting and not killing .
Thanks for coming up Big John . Sorry it was not successful for a harvest . But it was successful for a good morning out .

It was a nice day, after the rain ended.
I took a friend out as well, so we could party hunt since I am tagged out.
Hope you have better luck next time out.

Was a Great morning to go out! Even if the Deer still havn't co-operated for me this season, it was worth every minute!
Was good to see you both again. I had a great time even if it was the longest walk in I ever had to do!!!
I'm paying for it now big time!
Thanks for trying Bud!

It's all hunting, not shooting. Harvest or not!

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
