Ladder Treestand

Post by Solid19xX »

In the market for a ladder treestand. Looking for something that excal over 20ft. I like the Summit Crush Solo Pro but it's only 15ft. Wondering if theres a way to extend another 5-10ft, or any other recommendations...

I buy the dicks 49.00 special. Then buy another n use the xtra ladders you waste the stand part but for 100.oo dollars you can go to the moon. I strap the heck outta it so its safe. Dont try to set a 20 foot stand by yourself ....dont ask me about the ride longbow joe took with a ladder stand. ..then again i weigh 155 lbs soaking wet. Plus when some as.ho...le steals you stand your not out a ton of money with the 100.00 combo.lbj

I buy from Dunhams and have their 22' ladder that's comfortable and high. Don't forget the HSS vest and 30' lifeline. The stand has a nice rifle rest for my 355 which I drape burlap over to conceal me.Steve

Sportsmans Guide has a 21 ft. model for around $120 that has lasted me for more years than I care to remember. It is one of their name brand ladders and has double rails. I am guessing but I think it has been up for around 15/20 years and still going strong. The tree has grown around the back of it so it is very secure.

LBJoe that sure seem like a scary ride! Sure don't want to experience that! :?
Great recommendation guys.
Fields&Stream Outposts 2x looks nice too but only 18ft, love the concealment and keeping the elements out is a plus.
Maybe I'll just get 2 Summit Solo Pro plus accessories and use the xtra steps to get the right elevation.
