I emailed Trigger Tech and received a reply in three minutes. Wow

His words were:

Hi Mark -

Yes, it will work just fine on the 240 draw. It will be a bit heavier, but no concern with respect to safety or performance.

TT is a great company! I doubt you would even notice the difference in the trigger between a 220lb VS 240lb bow. Good luck with it!
