Luminocks. What broad heads are everyone using?

My wife bought me 3 18" diablo bolts for me for valentine's day and I'm shooting them out of a grizzly which calls dr a 350g bolt for optimum performance. My question is what broad heads to use to componsate for the nock to get a 350g bolt?
Yes I know I can go to where I purchased it but I'm bored at work lol.

I am using Lumenock in place of regular flat nock for 20 gr difference.my arrows are 18 inch with 100 gr spitfires..Total weight is 415 gr..with regular nock its 395 grains...Me I would use nothing under 400 grs seen too many folks at gun/archery club with split limbs from 350 gr arrows on their compound crossbows..

Bolt is 250 grains
Luminock around 28 grains I think so
100 grain broad head would give you 378 grains
125 grain broad head would put you at 403 grains

But it says 350g in the manual. My question is shold I move up in weight and if I do should i use heavier field tips?

The 350 refers to the total weight, inclusive of the tip/broadhead. The arrow, without tip is 250 gr so the 350 is a minimum weight obtained by using a 100 gr tip.
Your bow will likely shoot better with a 150 gr broadhead.

I use green Ignitors and my rule of thumb is if it has an aluminum insert up front it will get a 150 grn or heavier Broadhead!
If it has a 92 grn. or heavier brass insert, I can use about any weight of "Proven Broadhead ," as I get the extra bit of FOC which I always strive for.

That is a minimum weight for you to use.
All my "Lumenok" Arrows have a 92 gr. Brass up front and a 125 gr. Field tip or Broadhead. Since yours have aluminum up front I strongly suggest you stay with a 150 gr. head. Using less will keep your FOC a little low, enough to impede your accuracy somewhat, especially at 30 yds. and beyond.
