general rule, 92 grain insert W/125 grain heads,, or 110 grain w/ 100 grain Heads
All Excalibur's will do fine with Flat nocks, I prefer plastic, many prefer aluminum. If you want the most security and the best nock on the market use Firenock D2 for arrows with .300 inside dia.

I see everyone adding heavy inserts, why no just use a 200 gr BH or a 175 with standard insert? is it the size if BH your trying to keep small?
