general rule, 92 grain insert W/125 grain heads,, or 110 grain w/ 100 grain Heads

All Excalibur's will do fine with Flat nocks, I prefer plastic, many prefer aluminum. If you want the most security and the best nock on the market use Firenock D2 for arrows with .300 inside dia.

I see everyone adding heavy inserts, why no just use a 200 gr BH or a 175 with standard insert? is it the size if BH your trying to keep small?

The reason being that you have much more choices in broadhead selection in 100 125 grain heads then in heavier.
