No trouble or worries needed at all, just remember to depress the anti dry fire lever above the safety, I use my thumb for this.

Re: Decocking micro 335
If you don't have any problems cocking it, you won't have any issues decocking it. That one hand will still be holding the same amount of weight... just as if you were using both hands (one on each handle).

Remember to remove your arrow!

Re: Decocking micro 335
Although it sounds like it might be hard to do, I find it takes way less strength to decock it than it does to cock it. My only recommendation is to make sure you pull up firmly before releasing the string. This is only to confirm that you have the hooks fully engaged on the string.

It is ONLY 220 lbs.
and it is a lot easier than cocking the bow in the first place.

Re: Decocking micro 335
The same procedure is the key.
Remove arrow.
Attach hooks as if cocking the bow.
Pull one handle like you mean it and hold
Safety off
Depress adf and hold
Check for no arrow
Check again for no arrow
One more time ensure no arrow
Pull trigger and let it down nice and easy
Easy peasy...

Re: Decocking micro 335
Like some of the other guys are saying. I have had no problems at all and as long as you keep your string tight and make sure you push down on the anti fire you will be fine.
