Boo fest?

Hi guys, I have seen a few post referring to boo fest, but what is boo fest? Also it seems to be held in Ontario, I live in Ontario so may make an appearance at 2017 boo fest and meet some of you guys.

It's a get together of bow minded people, a chance to meet fellow Excal members, including a fun competition bow shoot, and most importantly, while having fun, money is raised for a good charity. It gets bigger and bigger every year, includes raffles and prizes, and is held at Boo's (Don's) property. Some people come for the day, many pitch a tent for a night or two. You have till next summer to plan to attend.

It's an awesome weekend of crossbow shooting, 3D shooting, a target range out to 100yards, carrying on, hunting talk, fishing talk, shooting talk....you get the idea. It's a wonderful family style event and I strongly recommend getting there early (like Friday) and spending the entire weekend. I fly out from B.C.and stay at a nearby hotel in Oshawa. It's truly a great time!!

....absolutely...people bring their wives, significant others and children to Boofest, they camp out if they choose...it is run by Don (Boo) and his lovely wife Karin at their home....a big time raffle is held....

.....It truly is a fun, family place to be!

....oh most certainly! It is designed to incorporate them into everything...3D shooting, competition shooting (and Paulaboutform can fill you in on how a certain 14 year older outshot him in the competitive shoot) and even that is fun!....this is a day or weekend of nothing but fun and goodtimes!

PS: Beware that once you do come once you and your kids might become so addicted that it might just become a have to go to event each year!!!!
