I have a lotta love for the Grizzly too, it shoots perfect at 60 yards for me and its a snap to cock and decock. I think its more than adequate and not under as much stress as the faster bows.

I don't bother with the silencer or brake accessories either. Its an all round almost survivalist GP piece of equipment.

I don't begrudge anyones choices but my experience produces more problems when I try to stay on the cutting edge of any subject.

Well I went and did it.
Bought a 350SE off eBay for $549.00.
That prices out about $120.00 above the Grizzly when shipping is included.
It has the cheek piece included which is is about $40.00 shipped.
That puts me $80.00 over a Grizz but gets me an aluminum rail, full camo and and the M355 frame which is just a bit more length and weight than the Grizz.

I was trying to talk down a Vortex but best I could get was about $580 with the veri-zone. Although it has a lot of emotional appeal I have a feeling the smaller, faster bow would most likely be the go to bow if a they were both hanging on the wall.
Equinox..shadow-zone
Vortex..veri-zone
Matrix 355 (Stinger)..tact-zone
Matrix 350SE..dead-zone
…ya, I know.
