Newbie brace height question

Post by Blu Luke »

Bought 1st crossbow 2 years ago. Shared between teenage son and me. Matrix 355. Great bow. Taken plenty of game with it..(him more than me!) This year traded up to BD 400. Like it too but my son struggles to cock it. So decided no more sharing. Took him to town last night and he picked out a micro 315. He can cock it fine. We havnt shot it yet but I can't find anything on here about brace height specific to the micro 315. It dosnt have a line on rail and dosnt have the reds to measure off. Does anyone have a specific riser measurement or range the 315 should be. Thanks

The information for the brace height is in the manual

That manual doesn't cover the Micro models.

On my 1st Gen Micro 335 my string is 1/4" off the bumpers or 1-1/4" from the joint.

This is what I mean. Not covered in manual, and I can find lots of info on the 335 here but can't find any specific to the micro 315. Maybe it's the same as a gen 1 335, if someone could confirm that for me would be great!
