Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers

Post by VAhuntr »

Just ordered a set of the Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers and was curious as to how they install on a Matrix 350 LE?

EZ . Just stick the post end of bumper into factory equipped hole on bow and tighten up with Allen sets crews that will come with bumpers . No thinking required. 8)

Oh yeh and every so often loosen up your set screws and orientate the rubber part of your bumpers as to lenghthen it's life as to where the string is slapping it.

You don't have to loosen the screw to do that, you can just turn the bumper on its post.

Easy-Peasy. Even I couldn't make a mess of that installation.

Where are the set screws at? I guess once I get them in my hands I will understand. Just can't tell from the pictures I have seen.

They're included with the "bumpers", tiny screws in a tiny ziplock bag.
There are threaded holes on the underside of the riser, beneath the holes that the bumpers slide into.

Ok, I see where the set screws will go now. Thanks!

You probably know, but just in case, adjust your string for a 3/16 - 1/4" gap between it and the bumpers after instalatin.
