1) remove arrow
2) attach rope cocker hooks SECURELY around string on each side. (I turn hooks downward)
3) if right handed pull rope upward till the handle bottoms out next to the hook on left side of stock..
4) push safety upwards to the fire position.
5) pull upwards slightly with right hand.
6) depress ADF with left hand thumb.
7) pull trigger with finger (I use the middle one for extra reach).
8) let string down with control with right hand.

It's not as hard as many think. I'm right handed, but I actually let it down with my left hand and use my right hand to hold down the ADF and pull the trigger. Even with my left hand, there is no issue letting down my Micro 335. If you pull up with your hand on the handle before you release the trigger, the weight released is not as violent as you probably expect.
