Me too, I let the big boys down with the crank and I do it mostly when making strings. But I keep looking at the handle and wonder when, not if, the handle will get away on meHi5 wrote:Not everyone would want or need one. Just like the cocking hand crank.
I bought the crankeroo when I shot my Exomax. I rarely used it. Now I have the Matrix 405, I use the crankeroo routinely.
Being cheap, I use the hand crank to take the bow off "cocked", as well as to cock the bow. For some with dexterity issues, that may present a problem. It's nice those folks would have another option.
In this case, I don't want to set a good exampleHi5 wrote:Don, if the handle ever gets "away" on you, it would no doubt be one of those single event things. You know, like what happened to Species 8472.
Speaking of Species 8472, that fellow sure deserves a whole heck of a lot of credit. For training purposes, his posts, complete with photos, rank right up there just about as good as the real experience. Newbies or experienced shooters have to take notice.
