anybody use a bushnell yardage pro ?

Post by shifty »

If anybody uses one I would like to know how they like them and what model they have. I like to walk into a hunting area sit down and hunt I thought a yardage pro might be nice just to get a few distances without pacing everything off and contaminating the area before the deer come out. Plus it would be a bonus to know that a deer is actually 42 yrds or what ever the distance.

Hey Shifty,
I have the Bushnell Yardage Pro Scout and it works nicely for me. Nice and compact and accurate as can be. Nice to be able to shot and mark areas you feel may be close to an oncoming shot opportunity.

Hey Shifty. I agree with Boltejector and Hoss on the Scout model. Nice and small to carry around and quick to use. If you want to give mine a try, just let me know.

I have a couple of yardage pro sports, they are the entry level Bushnell range finders, but they work as well as the big ones. 8) They are accurate to +/- 1 yard.

I have a Bushnell Yardage Pro Sport , had it for three years, love it,never had a problem with it. Once I'm sitting down and settled I mark diffent tree's then I know within those tree's I'm good to go.

I have the "Legend" model. This one has the "zip" and "scan" options. Works great.

I bought one a few years ago and my son takes it , I only used it a few time for kicks. Now if I were to start taking deer at distances over 30 yards I may think about using it again. But that's not likely sence I like to be on top of my shots and there realy not needed.

i've got a leica and my buddy has got the bushnell there's not much
difference in performance ( snow low light) the leica has a slight edge
in the thick bush. the bushnell is definitely smaller and handier
