Just a reminder. I get the impression that there will be penalties for not completing the report. I did mine and it was pretty quick.
The deer hunting season closes soon. We would like to remind you that you are required to complete a deer hunter report by January 14, even if you did not hunt. The information provided by hunters like you is critical for wildlife management in Ontario.
Reporting is easy and should take around 5-10 minutes. Simply:
Gather your Outdoors Card number and information on your hunting activities to login and complete your report.
Complete your report. You can report by:
Going to https://www.ontario.ca/page/submit-hunter-report and following the links, or
Calling our automated reporting line: 1-800-288-1155.
Thank you.

It's none of their business what goes on in the woods!
Just kidding.around here we can buy doe tags until they run out. People shoot nine or ten and never report l assume the figures are very off. Not to mention the jillions of road kills that just hobble away n die.

Re: Don't forget your deer hunter report
Just finished my last hunt of 2019 with my future Inlaw (father of my daughters fiance!). He bought his deer tag yesterday to hunt before the season's end. He had the only tag good for a buck only!!! We saw multiple does!!! Lol
It was a good season. Not a lot of stand time but memorable!!

A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.

Here is my report, I stunk as a bowhunter this year.
Re: Don't forget your deer hunter report
I like the way we do it here in GA. As soon as I shoot a deer and know it is down I can pull out my phone and go to the report app and fill out the needed info even if I am not getting a cellphone signal. Hit send and when the phone does get a signal it transmits the report automatically. By the time I get to a processor (if using one) I will have a confirmation number which they require before they can accept your animal. My last kill I had the reporting done before I lowered my bow to the ground from my stand.

It’s not the way you rock, it’s the way that you roll!

And, so does Arkansas.

Yes, I like being able to check them in online but I miss going to check them in at a check station so you could everyone else’s deer too. You start seeing some of the same people and swap hunting stories.xcaliber wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 9:36 amIndiana has the same system, very nice and convenient.robertyb wrote: ↑Tue Dec 31, 2019 7:48 amI like the way we do it here in GA.
