Anyone here still shooting aluminum arrows?
I don't have anything against carbon arrows but never had a reason to change over.
Besides, I have a good supply of the XX75/XX78 shafts and can't afford to switch.
My Phoenix same as Ibex -- 20" 2216 - 30 gr. aluminum insert - 150 gr slick trick - plastic flat nock - 4 inch feathers.. Weight - 440 gr. - 19% FOC..
For your M 310 cut to 18" and you could use helical blazers , just keep some weight up front..
You could use your 2215's with a front insert for a rear nock.. just cut the insert short to 6 to 10 grains and use hot melt glue..
Some great suggestions here. I'll add, if you use a front insert ss a nock I would take a polishing bit and jeweler's rouge and polish them with a dremel tool. That eliminates any sharp edges you may not see or even feel from fraying or even cutting your eerving.

You're only paranoid if everyone isn't out to get you.
Keep your friends close and your enemies closer.
My enemy's friend is also my enemy.
Nothing wrong with alluminum arrows .l found out that at least a 150 or better yet 175 grain will get you the best accuracy.
