....not that I am saying that you are not trying....but there has been a few different times when I was "sure" that I cocked it too much and couldn't press release....but then I push the handle ever so slightly while pushing down the release and it DOES engage the release.

Have you tried the above?.....you don't have to move the handle too much to be able to engage the release.

Thanks I’ve gotten it stuck before but nothing like this. Always before I was able to take pressure off but not now

....I would make a call to The Excalibur Medical Center to get further advice.

....or maybe, just maybe, someone more knowledgeable than I will chime in with a solution (like throwing it against the ground )
