NOW is the time to get things in order!!

It's the end of July and it's been raining A LOT here. Not normal for Texas.
Right-of-ways and trails are overgrown with weeds and brush. Last couple of days with rain permitting, we've been mowing.
Checking feeders and solar panels. Refreshening mineral sites. Clearing wasp nest out of permanent blinds, and "evicting" unwanted guest from said housing!
There's nothing like climbing into a dark blind early in the morning and finding out it's occupied by a family of Ring-tailed Cats!! They make a racoon look tame!!
Time to get your bow out and give it a thorough "once over". And when you're done with that, do it again. Check all the nuts, bolts and fasteners. Don't forget to "check" your glass and your string!!
