Ottawa area get together

Post by stump »

Unfortunately, I can't make it to Ohio for the first all-members get together. However, I notice there are a lot of members from Eastern Ontario and I wonder how many would be interested in getting together before turkey season opens for some munchies, a beverage or two and the opportunity to meet and share some memories.
If there is sufficient interest, I'll set a date and find a suitable location.

That would be cool and much fun, but I'm only 17 so that possesses a problem.

You have a bus pass don't you? Only Kidding.

Are you in Ottawa? If so, the guys could meet at an eatery in your area of town.

Well stump, I think I'm gonna stay away from that. No offence towards you by any means Garry, but I have learned my lesson from a past experience which happenned to me early last fall... Good thing the farmer and I are friends, that's all I'm gonna say... Just keep in mind, "knowledge is like power, if given to the wrong person it can be abused and used against you"... If you know what I'm talking about...

It's a real shame how one person can ruin it for others, but that's the way it's gotta be from now on!...

take care,

No problem Mike, I can certainly understand where you're coming from. There doesn't appear to be much interest from the other Ottawa area members anyway.

Do tell...you've peaked my interest. Unless it's that bad, fair enough.
