Latest Trail Cam pic

Post by sparkplug »

I picked up my memory card tonight as it was 2 weeks since I last checked on it. I had 40 some pic of deer and 1 of this guy. It was a pleasant surprise to have this bull at the back of our property. This pic was taken on a Leaf River DC2 digital cam and so far I have had about 400 pic of the first set of batteries.

I'm having moisture problems on the inside of the lens filter?? Any suggestions, placement, height, etc. Its a brand new Bushnell trailscout Pro digital...in 1.5 weeks I only have 1 picture of a small buck, but about 12 of ladscape heavily blurred by moisture. Thanks

If it was me I'd be taking it back to the store.

I wish we had those here. All of our wild game is much smaller. Have you had any good Whitetail buck pictures yet? I haven't had as many as I expected to have but it's still eary in the year.

Thanks fellows

209x50 on that moisture problem I would take it back if you can. moisture kills a digital from what I have read. Another trick that was given to me is if you go to a pharmacy you can possibly get the discarded descant packs that come packed with pills. You put 1or 2 of these inside you trail cam and it helps eliminate moisture problems.

terry1 , I got my Moultrie in the mail today and so far I'm impressed with the setup and the ease of controls. Now I can put the Leaf River and Moultrie head to head and see the differences, so far the moultrie is half the price and that included 2 6v batteries and a small solar panel

On the whitetail bucks so far I have 1 fellow with 5 or 6 inchs and that was about 2 wks ago. Hope with 2 cams going I will catch more.
