Sorry to hear about your dog. Had to get rid of my last dog. Son had allergies. Best dog I ever had and still think of him everyday.A beautifull black lab great with kids. He did go to a good place though. Waterfront home with over ten acres to run. Sad though. Anyway what do you hunt aroud your area.

Hey Guys,
Thanks for the welcome and the kind thoughts on Bully.... yup... when a grown man cries, you know he's pretty sad.....
Been hunting since I was a teenager.... mostly axis deer, pig and goat.... but with my uncle's trusty old .30-.30 lever gun.... haven't been in a while... too much work and no play.... although the last trip we got a turkey... blew me away... didn't even know there were wild turkeys in Hawaii.... by the way... all of this was on Molokai....
Thanks again.... now off to PM Mark about his stocks...... :D

Welcome :D :D
Sounds like your getting yourself set up with all the xbow equipment just fine!!! I think it's great you're honoring the loss of Bully by using his name in your forum handle.
Have you ever shot or been around crossbows? What got you interested?

Thanks again for the welcome....

Hey Mark.... thanks for the pm.... don't think I know Axis.... I'll see if I can get in touch with him.... Thanks for the lead.....

Nope... never shot or even handled a crossbow... so talk about a "Babe in the woods".... I'm still in the womb as far as crossbows go ....
Got interested by talking with a buddy up in Washington State who shoots a compound bow.... our conversation somehow drifted to crossbows and next thing you know I'm searching the web for info.... he said the Excalibur was the best..... so here I am..... funny how those things work out....

Hope to learn alot here.... never hurts to learn from guys and gals who have been there and done that......
